Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities Design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions, workflows, and automation tools Develop and optimise solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies Analyse business processes and recommend scalable technology improvements Support and enhance existing automation projects, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and adoption Evaluate and communicate the operational, productivity, and financial benefits of implemented solutions Manage project pipelines, priorities, and implementation roadmaps Prepare executive-level updates and reports on project progress, risks, and business impact Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field 4-5 years' experience in a technology, systems, automation, or solutions-focused role Proven experience delivering workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives Experience working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and administration Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Share Point Understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, and workflow design SQL knowledge and experience supporting reporting and data-related solutions Strong problem-solving, project management, and troubleshooting capabilities Ability to assess and articulate the commercial and operational value of technology initiatives Experience with digital transformation, AI adoption, or automation programmes advantageous Exposure to Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Python beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
