We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist with strong expertise in at least two of the following technologies: GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and accelerate the adoption of Copilot and Power Platform capabilities across the organization. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation through low-code and no-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
• Build and manage Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) for business use cases (chatbots, conversational agents, agentic workflows)
• Support development teams in adopting GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding best practices
• Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Define governance, security, and best practices for Copilot and Power Platform usage
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
• Deliver training and enablement activities for both end users and technical teams
• Monitor performance, adoption, and cost of implemented solutions
