AI & Backend Developer
Summary
Builds and maintains backend systems, REST APIs, and scalable server-side architecture for Rintisan's business management, POS, and B2B financial platforms, integrating AI models and payment/third-party services. Core stack: Node.js or Python, microservices, PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, and cloud deployment.
Rintisan is a technology company building platforms that power business operations, payments, and commerce in Indonesia. Our ecosystem includes solutions for business management, POS systems, and B2B financial platforms. We are expanding our engineering team to build scalable systems and integrate AI-driven features across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for Rintisan platforms.
Build and maintain scalable server-side architecture.
Integrate AI models, automation tools, and intelligent features into existing systems.
Work with product and frontend teams to deliver reliable backend services.
Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
Implement integrations with payment systems, external APIs, and third-party services.
Participate in system architecture and technical planning.
Requirements
Strong experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar backend frameworks.
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning APIs, or LLM integrations (OpenAI, AI automation tools, etc.).
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and server deployment.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating AI assistants, chatbots, or automation systems.
Experience working with fintech, payment systems, or SaaS platforms.
Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
Experience building high-traffic or transaction-based systems.
