AI Business Analyst

About the role

The Moment Group is seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and artificial intelligence solutions. As an AI Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities where AI can drive business value, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with our organisational goals. Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and requirements to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions can deliver measurable value

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document and understand business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams

• Evaluate and assess AI tools, platforms and technologies to recommend solutions that best fit organisational requirements and budgetary constraints

• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI initiatives, including ROI projections and implementation timelines

• Monitor and measure the performance of deployed AI solutions, tracking key metrics and providing insights on effectiveness and areas for improvement

• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on AI project objectives, scope and deliverables

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the organisation

• Document processes, requirements and project findings in clear, comprehensive reports suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Support the planning and execution of AI pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a similar analytical role within the Information and Communication Technology sector

• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts and their practical applications in business environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges into manageable components

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies such as requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis

• Experience with data analysis tools and basic SQL knowledge is highly desirable

• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as TensorFlow, Python or similar technologies is a strong advantage

• Project management experience and knowledge of agile methodologies

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organisational levels
