About the Role
- Join a multi-product SaaS company within the Data & AI/ML Engineering team.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Track project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and support planning activities.
- Work on innovative AI/ML solutions, including personalisation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and GenAI.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in data-driven or backend-focused environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ML concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Nice to have: SQL, SaaS experience, or exposure to AI/ML, fraud detection, recommendation systems, or personalisation platforms.
