AI Business Partner

You will be joining a financial institutionas an AI Business Partner within theAI Strategy Office. You are stepping into a newly created role covering the following aspects:

• Be an AI evangelist:
  You are the bridge between business users and "everything AI". You'll understand your users' pain points, champion AI initiatives to tackle theirproblems,help them appreciate AI-poweredpossibilities and adopt meaningful tools.

• Shape the firm-wideAI Strategy:
  Identify and prioritisethe most meaningful AI initiatives (amongst countless bright ideas). Gather and optimise available resources for them.

• AI Governance:
  Simplify compliance requirements for business users and technical AI folks, so everyone has an easier time building andusing AI tools while keeping your risk &compliance team satisfied.

What are we asking for?

• At least 10 years oftechnology program/project management experience in the financial services or public sectors
• Played an evangelist role at an enterprise level, especially for AI/data science
• Ability to present to Board and C-suite level
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks; ability to enforce policies
