AI Developer / Agentic AI Engineer - 100% Remote (M/F/X)

About the role

At Experis, we are looking for an AI Developer / Agentic AI Engineer to join an Innovation team and develop generative AI solutions. You will design and evolve agents and multi-agent systems connected with APIs, services, and corporate platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and evolve agents, orchestrators, and multi-agent systems with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.

• Integrate LLMs and define instructions, tools, workflows, and state management.

• Connect agents with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and corporate services.

• Combine generative AI with deterministic logic, rules, and workflows.

• Apply best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment.

• Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to improve performance, reliability, and observability.

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in Python, backend development, and generative AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph: agents, tools, workflows, and state management.

• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and software design principles.

• Experience integrating LLMs, REST APIs, microservices, and databases.

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), event-driven architectures, and interoperability protocols between agents.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and maintainable, reusable code.

• Analytical thinking, autonomy, proactivity, and capacity for learning.

• Effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adaptation to evolving technological environments.
