AI Developer (Python/ R/ Java)

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
• Design and develop AI models, algorithms and applications for project development
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks
• Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams to enhance functionalities of our AI services.
• Manage backend databases and ensure scalability and reliability of all AI solutions
• Document code, algorithms, and processes for future references

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in AI development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Understanding of basic concepts in, Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning and deep learning.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience in AI libraries and Frameworks like TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent in English skills
• Good at communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
