AI-Driven Asset Engineer, Data Center Ops & Analytics

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Asset Engineer to advance digital asset management practices across a rapidly expanding data centre portfolio. You will blend engineering, operations and strategic asset management to improve data, systems, and lifecycle processes.

You will collaborate with IT, design, BIM, product, construction and operations teams to develop, implement, and evolve asset systems (CMMS, EAS, CDE) and introduce predictive maintenance and risk-based approaches.
