AI-Driven Enterprise Search Engineer

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an Enterprise Search Engineer (Elastic) to work remote or onsite from Rome for a UN Agency. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, metadata extraction, and semantic chunking to power an AI-augmented enterprise search.

You will build hybrid and semantic search, manage RAG pipelines, and ensure secure retrieval with tool calls and multi-step reasoning. 5+ years in relevant roles are required; strong Elasticsearch and Python skills are essential.
