Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you’ll be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking artificial intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Model Implementation and Fine-Tuning: Implement and fine-tune pre-trained AI models to meet the specific needs of industries like healthcare, retail, and telecom.
  
• Cloud-Based AI Services: Utilize cloud-based AI services, particularly AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, to streamline development and deployment.
  
• Model Optimization: Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring they meet real-world requirements.
  
• Hallucination Reduction: Implement techniques to reduce AI hallucination and improve the overall reliability and trustworthiness of models.
  
• Vector Databases: Work with vector databases, particularly PostgreSQL with pgvector, to enable efficient similarity search and information retrieval in AI applications.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our products and services.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills, especially in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based AI services, particularly AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
• Vector Database Familiarity: Familiarity with vector databases and similarity search techniques.
• AI/ML Understanding: Solid understanding of various AI/ML algorithms and architectures.
• Data Skills: Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
