AQYR is looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered products across recruitment and workforce intelligence.

You'll work hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, semantic search, matching systems and market intelligence. Your work will help customers understand talent supply, hiring demand, salary benchmarks, workforce risks and the time and difficulty involved in filling roles.

This is a practical engineering role for someone who enjoys turning complex and unstructured data into useful products. You'll design Python-based services, build AI workflows, improve search and ranking quality, and help take new ideas from prototype to reliable production systems.

You'll work with technologies including Python, PostgreSQL and AWS services.

• Build and deploy AI applications using LLMs and agentic systems
• Develop RAG, semantic search, matching and ranking capabilities
• Transform structured and unstructured data into useful workforce insights
• Build AI workflows that support market analysis, salary benchmarking and workforce planning
• Create APIs, data pipelines and production services using Python and PostgreSQL
• Develop evaluation and testing frameworks to measure AI quality
• Deploy and operate services using AWS
• Improve system quality, reliability, latency and cost
• Work closely with the CPO & CTO to solve ambiguous problems and deliver practical solutions

You'll be a strong software engineer with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. You should be comfortable taking ownership and learning quickly.

You will ideally have experience with:

• Python application or backend development
• LLM APIs, prompt design and structured outputs
• RAG, embeddings, semantic search or information retrieval
• Agentic or multi-step AI workflows
• Data pipelines, document processing or information extraction
• PostgreSQL or another relational database
• Docker, cloud deployment or AWS
• Testing, Git, CI/CD and production monitoring
• Evaluating AI systems and improving output quality

Experience in market intelligence, analytics, recruitment technology, search, ranking or decision-support products would be valuable, but is not essential.

Most importantly, you're motivated by building AI products that solve real customer problems.
