Summary
AI/LLM Engineer building production-grade generative AI applications and intelligent agents on the Microsoft stack - Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI/AI Services - using Python. Day to day involves RAG pipelines, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring to take AI features from demo to enterprise production.
Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / LLM Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions and intelligent agents. In this role, your primary focus will be leveraging the Microsoft / Copilot Stack and Azure AI services to develop real-world AI applications. You will move beyond simple demos and proof-of-concepts to engineer scalable, enterprise-ready AI systems.
Key responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain production-grade AI applications, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and system monitoring.
Develop and integrate solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services.
Write clean, production-level Python code to build custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines.
Work alongside technical team members to bring live AI features to end-users and continuously optimize performance and accuracy in production.
About you
Current or recent background as an AI Engineer, LLM Engineer, GenAI Engineer, or ML Engineer.
Proven track record of delivering hands-on LLM projects in your day job (not limited to personal side projects or academic exercises).
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML engineering.
Deep experience with Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Services.
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience with RAG, autonomous agents, evaluation metrics, and LLM observability/monitoring on real systems.
Experience with Snowflake data pipelines or Snowflake Cortex is a plus.
