Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents, Python, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, conversational analytics applications, intelligent automation workflows, and AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Build conversational AI solutions for accessing enterprise data, analytics, and business applications using natural language.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions with Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement solutions using Databricks Genie Spaces, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using suitable orchestration frameworks.
• Build Python-based applications, REST APIs, and cloud-native integration services.
• Implement AI-powered process automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop AI-enabled content generation, review, compliance validation, and approval workflows.
• Build intelligent monitoring solutions to detect data quality issues, pipeline failures, and platform performance anomalies.
• Follow enterprise security, responsible AI, governance, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
