AI Engineer
Description
Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical roles.
Strong experience in end-to-end system architecture, backend development, and production-ready application development.
Proficient in Go (Golang) and/or Rust, with a solid understanding of concurrency and memory management.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Experienced in writing SQL queries directly and working with databases.
Hands-on experience with AI-native coding tools such as Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools.
Familiar with AI agent workflows, including MCP, sub-agents, and skills.
Description:
Review technical requirements and prototypes, then translate them into production-ready solutions with proper security, scalability, observability, and error handling.
Maintain technical documentation and repository context (CLAUDE.md) to support consistent AI-assisted development.
Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate implementation while ensuring code quality and engineering accountability.
Utilize MCP, sub-agents, and reusable AI skills to streamline development workflows and access relevant project resources.
Select and optimize AI models based on task complexity, performance, and token efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, covering both expected scenarios and potential edge cases, to ensure application reliability.
