Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable AI Engineer to join our team remotely from Indonesia.
You will develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, chatbots, and automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields who have strong programming skills and a passion for building practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent workflow automation.
Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI APIs.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
Build and maintain backend services and API integrations.
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and improve AI applications.
Collaborate remotely with team members and business stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and provide regular project updates.
Requirements
Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend development.
Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Git and software development workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency is preferred.
Additional advantages:
