AI Engineer
Description
Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a AI Engineer/Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions including intelligent knowledge platforms, conversational AI systems, chatbots, and voice bot applications. This role requires a strong technical background in AI/ML development, enterprise system integration, and hands-on implementation. You will work closely with business, engineering, and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications including ChatGPT-based solutions and voice bots
Assess AI solutions and prepare technical architecture, infrastructure requirements, testing plans, and SDLC documentation
Lead end-to-end environment setup across development, production, and disaster recovery environments
Work closely with business analysts, PMO, data engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and existing applications
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and performance-optimized
Support AI governance, security, compliance, and regulatory documentation requirements
Participate in testing activities including performance testing, security testing, and deployment readiness
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing AI solutions
Proven experience building ChatGPT-based applications, conversational AI, or voice bot solutions
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and improvement
Understanding of AI security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
