AI Engineer Senior Associate
Summary
Senior AI engineer building and deploying ML models (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and LLM-powered apps with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, plus scalable data pipelines and lakes. Works directly with clients, writes Python/C++/R, and mentors junior data scientists in a hybrid BGC, Taguig role.
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Data & AI Solutions: Build and deploy ML models (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and AI-integrated applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Pipeline & Lake Architecture: Construct and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lakes to handle large-scale data processing.
Analytics & Modeling: Perform exploratory/descriptive analysis and statistical modeling to deliver actionable business insights and strategic growth.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into custom data science and analytics solutions.
Code & Data Quality: Apply strong development practices in Python, C++, and R to optimize workflows while ensuring data integrity.
Mentorship & Growth: Mentor junior data scientists and stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Data Science, AI, or Data Engineering.
Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
AI & LLM Stack: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
Development & Architecture: Strong full-stack/backend skills using Python, Angular or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Machine Learning Tools: Expertise in TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, statistical modeling, and languages like C++ or R.
Cloud & DevOps: Proven capability in AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
Willing to work in a hybrid, mid-shift setup in BGC, Taguig
