AI Engineer (Senior / Junior)
About the role
We are looking for hands-on AI professionals who can design, develop, integrate, and deploy practical AI solutions in business environments. The role focuses on rapid prototyping, GenAI applications, workflow automation, RAG solutions, and Microsoft AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent workflow solutions
Build and enhance GenAI, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Integrate AI applications with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and business workflows
Develop rapid prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready AI solutions
Implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI use cases
Participate in Agile delivery teams and support testing, deployment, and production rollout
Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices
About you
3+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or solution development experience
Experience building AI, GenAI, chatbot, Copilot, or automation solutions
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and workflow automation
Experience with at least one of: Microsoft Azure / Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Gemini Enterprise
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications
Strong communication skills in English
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Preferred: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Data Lakehouse, or data pipelines
Preferred: Experience developing RAG solutions
