AI Engineering Manager - Global Team & Data Enrichment

Nuix is building a new AI engineering team in Sydney. This role owns Enrich, our data-enrichment capability, and leads the expanding AI mandate for the platform, shaping our AI strategy and agentic capabilities.

The role requires leading a cross‑timezone team (Australia, Ukraine, US), delivering across on‑prem and SaaS, and aligning with product managers on roadmaps. A strong security and tech direction focus is expected.
