AI-first Creative Designer

Design paid ad and post creatives for LinkedIn sponsored content, lead-gen form ads, Meta, and programmatic display
Design graphics, animations and carousels for article and case study amplification, thought-leadership posts, and culture content
Design research reports and guidebooks, experimenting with formats and visual storytelling for each new topic
Build and launch campaign landing pages
Design event booths and physical event visuals, and materials for roadshows and Adlook's own events - branding asset, 3d elements, neons etc.
Create sales decks and one-pagers, and keep the Claude-based design system that lets non-designers produce on-brand decks up to date
Create product demo videos that explain the Adlook platform clearly and quickly
Turn research and case studies into explainer and short-form videos
Create 3D models and visuals with generative AI for key visuals, campaign assets, event materials, and product storytelling
Test new tools and techniques as they emerge, and recommend what is worth adopting

A portfolio showing high-quality creative work across several asset types, where AI tools were part of the real production process
Hands-on experience with generative AI for 3D models, images, and video
Experience building agents, skills, or automations that saved real time, with examples you can show us
Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, motion, and storytelling
Fluency in Figma and experience working with templates and design systems
Working knowledge of video editing and motion tools
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently as a freelancer against clear briefs and deadlines
Fluent English is a must

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or ad tech
Experience with paid social or display ad creative at volume
Working knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Spline
