What You’ll Do:
- Work with customers to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Build rapid prototypes using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, andautomation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs,databases, and workflows.
- Move successful prototypes into secure, scalable productionenvironments.
- Evaluate and optimize AI solutions for quality, reliability,latency, and cost.
- Conduct technical workshops and support customer teamsduring implementation.
What You Bring:
- Strong software engineering background, especially Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, toolcalling, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.
- Ability to move quickly from an ambiguous problem to aworking solution.
