<a name="OLE_LINK2">About the Job</a><a></a><a></a>AI Governance Manager leads the implementation and oversight of the organization’s AI Governance Framework, ensuring AI is used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role coordinates governance across key functions, oversees AI risk and compliance reviews throughout the AI lifecycle, embeds BSP STARS principles, and safeguards the organization from regulatory, operational, reputational, and consumer protection risks while enabling responsible innovation. initiatives comply with applicable regulations, including requirements from BSP, SEC, NPC, and other relevant authorities.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:18.4px;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);">Maintain an inventory of AI solutions and oversee the review, approval, and risk assessment of AI use cases the secretary and operational lead of the AI Governance Committee, preparing reports, dashboards, and governance updates for management and board-level committees.</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);">Minimum 3–5 years in a governance, compliance, or risk role within a BSP-supervised or regulated financial institution</li><li style="margin:0cm 0cm
