JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

System Integration : Deploy and connect third-party AI modules into internal business applications and external e-commerce touchpoints.
Process Automation : Identify operational bottlenecks and customer journey friction points to implement automated AI solutions.
Data Pipeline Management : Build and maintain secure, compliant APIs to sync cross-departmental and customer data sets with AI engines.
Predictive Insights : Configure AI tools to turn complex data into quick, clear insights that help our staff act without delay
Testing & Security : Conduct end-to-end system testing to ensure data accuracy, cross-platform stability, and customer data privacy.
Team Enablement : Create user documentation and train internal teams company-wide on how to utilize new AI dashboard and tools.
