Description
AI Learning & Capability Manager – 12-month FTC
Over the last 30 years, easyJet has revolutionized the way people travel, becoming a leader in the short-haul airline market across the UK and Europe. With a growing fleet of over 300 aircraft, more than 85 million annual passengers, and an unparalleled network of over 1,000 routes, our mission is simple\: to make travel easy and affordable. What truly sets us apart is our people and our passion—highly talented, forward-thinking individuals joined together by our vibrant culture.
About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of work? At easyJet, we are looking for an AI Learning & Capability Manager to build and deliver our learning and capability approach for AI and Digital Fluency.
Reporting into the strategic direction set by the Head of Learning & Leadership, you will translate high-level vision into practical, scalable learning solutions across the entire airline.
You will be the driving force behind building the skills, confidence, and behaviours our people need to use AI effectively, responsibly, and safely in their everyday roles.
From baseline AI literacy for all staff to deep-dive specialist pathways for People Managers, AI Champions, and Solution Leads, you will bridge the gap between human skills and technical innovation.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Deliver the AI Learning Roadmap\: Turn business priorities and future skills requirements into structured learning pathways and delivery plans across different business tiers.
· Design a Connected Ecosystem\: Build a connected AI learning ecosystem rather than standalone training. You will create blended learning experiences including digital modules, simulations, toolkits, and facilitated workshops.
· Empower Communities\: Establish and support an internal "AI Champions" peer-network, providing resources to help scale knowledge organically across the business.
· Embed Responsible AI Usage\: Partner closely with Technology, Security, Legal, and Risk teams to weave organizational safety guardrails and critical human judgement into the core curriculum.
· Track Impact & Continuous Improvement\: Monitor participation, confidence levels, and capability uplift, using data to bridge delivery gaps as technology and external practices evolve.
