Summary
Senior AI/ML engineer working remotely from LATAM for a US tax software company (via Niuro). Day to day: partnering with stakeholders to build LLM applications (RAG, MCP) on AWS, developing predictive/forecasting models, and designing secure, compliant data pipelines using SQL and Python.
A US tax software company is building its data and AI capabilities and needs a senior engineer who connects business problems with production ML and LLM solutions.
What you will do
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and data sources
- Build and integrate AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, MCP and internal enterprise data
- Develop predictive models and forecasting as the data platform evolves
- Design end-to-end data pipelines and keep data quality, security and compliance high
What you bring
- 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering or data science
- Hands-on LLM application work, especially RAG and/or MCP
- Strong AWS and cloud data architecture experience
- Traditional ML and predictive modeling
- Advanced SQL
- Experience handling PII or regulated data
- C1 English
Remote from LATAM, full-time, long-term contract.
