Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in Conversational AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, machine learning, and cloud-based AI solutions, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on Conversational AI and intelligent virtual assistants.
• Build and enhance conversational agents, chatbots, and AI-powered applications.
• Integrate Generative AI models into applications to improve automation and user interactions.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, deep learning, and neural network techniques.
• Develop and maintain production-ready AI pipelines across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
• Integrate cloud AI services and deploy AI models into scalable application environments.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

• Ability to work independently, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with teams.
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
