AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on developing innovative solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and natural language processing (NLP). As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models that can process and analyze complex data sets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and accuracy. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. - Utilize cloud services, particularly AWS, to deploy and scale machine learning solutions. - Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AI and ML concepts and frameworks. - Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques. - Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
