AI/ML Engineer
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Data Scientist to invent efficient solutions to novel problems in threat intelligence and cybersecurity. We need an independent, pragmatic decision-maker who knows how to evaluate when to build models from scratch, when to fine-tune, and when to leverage existing technology to maximize impact. Since our projects focus on challenges without established blueprints, you will keep pace with recent AI developments—particularly around modern agentic workflows and AI security—and integrate them effectively into our products.
Responsibilites
- Hands-on Execution: Take direct responsibility for the complete ML lifecycle—from data preparation and custom model training to evaluation, deployment, and production maintenance.
- Problem Solving & Invention: Invent and design machine learning solutions for complex, novel problems in threat intelligence and cybersecurity that lack established blueprints.
- Pragmatic Architecture: Evaluate and make calculated decisions on when to build proprietary models from scratch, fine-tune existing models, or leverage off-the-shelf APIs.
- Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with cybersecurity goals, maintaining high standards of code quality and research rigor.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Autonomy & Independence: Strong self-starter capable of driving research and production pipelines independently with minimal supervision.
- Model Lifecycle Expertise: Proven track record of both training custom models and effectively integrating or utilizing existing open-source and commercial models
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Theoretical Foundation: Strong theoretical background in ML/DL algorithms and mathematical principles.
- Agentic Systems: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience designing and building autonomous AI Agents.
- AI Security & Cyber Intersection: Hands-on exposure to the intersection of AI and Cyber, particularly in AI Red Teaming, Jailbreaking, Adversarial Attacks / Adversarial Strings, and robustness testing.
- Cybersecurity Background: Prior experience in cybersecurity domain or security research.
- Military Tech Units: Alumni of elite technological military units (e.g., 8200, 81, or equivalent).
