AI/ML Research Engineer — Antibody Discovery Platforms

KiSoJi, a next-generation antibody discovery company, is expanding its Digital KisoMouse team in Waterloo, Ontario. We seek an AI/ML Research Engineer to collaborate with AI scientists, computational biologists, and experimental teams on antibody generation and optimization.

You will run and refine models, build Python workflows, work with large sequence datasets, and help benchmark generative AI approaches for antibody discovery.
