Detailed Job Description:

As an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer supporting major banking and digital platform initiatives in Dubai via E-Solutions, you will take full technical, architectural, and operational ownership of end-to-end software delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building enterprise-grade applications using React, TypeScript, Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js, and Python across microservices and event-driven architectures. You will integrate PostgreSQL, Kafka, and IBM MQ, containerize workloads via Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Furthermore, you will architect secure coding standards adhering to OWASP guidelines, implement OAuth2/OIDC, and drive AI-native engineering practices utilizing Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, AI-generated testing, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI-native full-stack banking and digital platforms.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Develop robust backend microservices and REST APIs using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js, and Python.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, and IBM MQ messaging systems.
• Containerize applications and manage container orchestration clusters using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Configure automated CI/CD deployment workflows and security scanning using GitHub Actions.
• Enforce strict security controls, secure coding practices, OWASP compliance, and OAuth2/OIDC authentication protocols.
• Drive advanced AI-native workflows including Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI-generated testing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in full-stack development.
• Proven, hands‑on professional experience building AI‑native, Generative AI, or LLM‑integrated software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in front‑end development using React and TypeScript (candidates with only backend experience will not be considered).
• Extensive backend engineering background in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js, and Python.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, event‑driven systems, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
• Solid operational knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, OAuth2, OIDC, and OWASP secure coding.
• Hands‑on familiarity with modern AI coding assistants and workflows including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and prompt engineering.
