AI-Native Software Engineer for Abu Dhabi

Position Overview

Adheya Technologies is seeking highly skilled AI Native Software Engineers to join our growing AI practice in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and enterprise grade AI solution development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating AI powered solutions across HR, Finance, and Operations domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Develop and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
  • Perform context engineering and specification engineering for enterprise AI use cases.
  • Architect scalable AI systems integrated with cloud services and APIs.
  • Review, validate, and optimize AI generated code.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
