AI Operations Specialist

We are seeking an intuitive and process-driven AI Operations Specialist to design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI workflows. In this role, you will leverage agentic AI to create multi-step reasoning agents that automate complex business operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and AI capability, requiring deep skill in prompt design, logic structuring, and tool integration and with minimum software coding.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Build Agents: Configure autonomous AI agents using visual canvas platforms like Copilot, n8n, Zapier Agents, Dify, or Flowise to handle multi-step tasks

Prompt & Context Input: Write precise role definitions, instructions, and behaviour guardrails so agents’ reason accurately and maintain proper short/long-term context.

Tool & API Integration: Connect AI models to Microsoft D365, enterprise databases, email systems, CRMs, and calendars via native plugins and no-code connectors

Workflow Automation: Map out manual company workflows, identify automation opportunities, and break down operational goals into clear instructions for AI execution.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Monitor agent behaviour, establish human‑in‑the‑loop escalation paths for edge cases, and iteratively refine performance metrics.

Prompt & Model Optimization: Develop advanced prompt engineering pipelines, fine‑tune models, and integrate open standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP).

ROI Monitoring: Track, analyse, and present core performance metrics (e.g., cost‑vs‑latency trade‑offs, token usage efficiency, hours saved) to executive stakeholders.

Governance, Trust & Compliance

Secure Use & Privacy: Enforce rigorous corporate data governance, protecting proprietary enterprise data from leaking into public model training loops.

Ethical Auditing: Establish strict "human‑in‑the‑loop" verification guardrails to eliminate AI hallucinations, minimize model bias, and ensure absolute compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical discipline.

Certifications: Any AI related Professional Certificate.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in hands‑on familiarity with visual AI builders or workflow automation tools.

Process Thinking: Strong ability to break down standard operating procedures (SOPs) into logical, sequential steps.

Prompt Literacy: Expertise in structuring multi‑shot prompts, system instructions, and context windows for large language models.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to translate team needs into functional AI behaviour.

GenAI & LLMs: Proven track record of using applications powered by large language models, vector databases, and embeddings.

Agentic Workflows: Experience designing systems with policy evaluation and control layers to build autonomous, adaptive AI.

Soft Skills: A proven ability to translate highly complex, technical AI behaviours into concrete business value for non‑technical leadership.
