About the role We are looking for AI Partners to join our newly established AI Strategy, Innovation and Adoption department. In AI Strategy, Innovation and Adoption we will shape how digital and AI-driven solutions are identified, matured, prioritized and implemented across our organisation. As our AI Partner, you will play a key part in this, being a trusted advisor on AI to one of our senior leaders in one of our areas in the line of business. You will sit close to the area, understanding their priorities, challenges and ambitions, and help translate these into concrete AI opportunities that create real value. At the same time, you will be part of a strong central team where you will collaborate with our innovation consultants on running workshops and shaping ideas, work alongside our adoption consultants on training, communication and stakeholder engagement, and tie it all together into one cohesive approach to AI at NNE. Your place of work will be at our office in Virum, but you can expect occasional travels to our office and project sites in Kalundborg Location Denmark - Virum Experience Minimum 3 Years Department AI Strategy, Innovation and Adoption How you might spend your days As an AI partner, you’ll be: Acting as the trusted sparring partner on AI to senior business leaders, helping them shape and drive their AI agenda with clarity and confidence Identify and assess emerging AI trends, tools, and market developments, ensuring NNE leverages relevant innovations to create business value and maintain a competitive edge Facilitating workshops and shaping ideas, turning raw business needs into well-scoped opportunities with clear value Support in AI adoption activities, such as training, communication and stakeholder engagement for your business area Maintaining the use case portfolio for your business area, connecting individual ideas to the broader strategy so good initiatives move forward Who you are We care about who you are as a person. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: Min. 3 years of experience working strategically with digitalization and AI in line of business translating strategic intent into concrete initiatives and projects A solid understanding of the AI and digital solution landscape, including what self-service AI can solve and what it requires to bring larger digital projects to life Experience with facilitating workshops and creating communication material for senior leadership Knowledge or experience from one of our core business areas: project management of large capex projects, automation and IT of manufacturing facilities, or engineering design and process automation is an advantage Life at NNE NNE is short for Novo Nordisk Engineering.
