Job Summary
The AI-Powered Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on support with content creation, social media management, campaign execution, research and marketing administration. The successful candidate should be creative, organized and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and develop engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, draft captions, research topics and repurpose existing content.
- Support the preparation of flyers, graphics, presentations, short-form videos and other promotional materials.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure scheduled content is published on time.
- Assist with promoting services, events, workshops, special offers and campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor and content research.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and basic performance metrics.
- Support email marketing, database updates and lead follow-up activities.
- Assist with capturing testimonials, success stories and other customer-focused content.
- Help organize digital marketing assets, photographs, videos and campaign materials.
- Track basic campaign results and prepare updates for the Marketing Officer/Manager.
- Explore AI tools that can improve content creation, research and day-to-day marketing efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support for marketing projects and activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong practical marketing skills may be considered. Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms is desirable. Strong writing, creativity, organization and attention to detail are important.
