- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering web applications or modern microservice-based platforms.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, Next.js, or Vue with TypeScript, alongside backend languages or runtimes such as Node.js, Go, Python, or Java.
- API Design & Integration: Practical experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs, working with API gateways, and handling service-to-service communication.
- Data Persistence: Solid working knowledge of relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and caching layers such as Redis.
- Product Company Experience: Experience working in product-led tech companies, such as FAANG, growth-stage SaaS, or modern tech platforms, where user-centric design, rapid iteration, product telemetry, and continuous delivery are lived realities.
- Public Sector or Regulated Exposure: Prior exposure to public sector projects, healthcare, fintech, or regulated domains with strict security and compliance standards.
- Product-Minded Execution: Strong focus on user impact and operational value, balancing speed-to-value with long-term code quality and maintainability.
- Cloud & DevSecOps Basics: Familiarity with containerized workflows, including Docker and Kubernetes basics, CI/CD build tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or private cloud environments.
- Observability & Debugging: Experience using error tracking and telemetry platforms, such as Sentry, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog, to isolate bottlenecks and ensure platform stability.
- Practical AI Literacy: Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools to increase delivery velocity and familiarity with integrating third-party AI APIs into application workflows.
