AI Product Manager – Cross-Border Payments
You will own the full product lifecycle for cross-border payment products and user-facing experiences. You will identify user and business needs, use data to improve performance, collaborate on technical solutions, and design AI-powered features involving LLMs, agents, RAG, customer support, operations, and workflow automation. You will also support product localization across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for cross-border payment products
- Improve user experience conversion engagement and operational efficiency using data and user insights
- Identify business and operational problems and drive prototype solutions into production
- Contribute to technical discussions involving APIs system architecture data integrations and frontend and backend interactions
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and LLM capabilities to business and product scenarios
- Design and launch AI-powered features and workflows including agents RAG customer support and workflow automation
- Evaluate product performance and continuously improve products using data feedback and market insights
- Collaborate with engineering design operations data risk and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives
- Support product localization and optimization across international markets
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong technical understanding or a technical background
- Experience building and operating consumer-facing or APP products
- Understanding of user growth engagement retention conversion and UX
- Hands-on experience with AI products or AI-powered projects
- Understanding of LLMs AI Agents RAG APIs databases system architecture data flows and frontend and backend interactions
- Ability to participate in technical solution design with engineers
- Coding experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in payments fintech cross-border payments financial products or transaction-based businesses is preferred
- Strong business judgment in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Professional working proficiency in English
