About the Role
We are building a first-of-its-kind, AI-native parametric insurance platform that lets
insurers, governments and corporates design and deploy climate and disaster risk
solutions in seconds. As an AI Product Manager, you will own the full tech product cycle:
setting the roadmap, defining the architecture, leading the IT team and acting as the main
technical and product voice with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Management
• Own the product vision and roadmap for the platform, ensuring timely delivery of AI
assistant, pricing, monitoring and claims modules.
• Turn strategy and client feedback into user stories, specifications and test cases;
run sprint planning and releases across AI, business and technical teams.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Define the architecture of a modular and cloud-native platform that is scalable,
secure and resilient.
• Lead backend development across microservices, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and
build secure APIs for client and external system integration.
• Mentor engineers and run code and architecture reviews.

• Design and fine-tune LLM-based conversational agents and prompt pipelines
integrated with pricing and backend APIs, optimized for scale and low latency.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Be the technical and product point of contact for insurers, governments and
corporates: discovery, demos and technical walkthroughs.
• Translate client requirements into features and solutions; manage scope and
timelines.
• Support integrations, onboarding and feedback loops that drive adoption.
Must-Have Skills
Product & Leadership
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and conducting code and architecture
reviews.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable dealing directly with
clients and bridging AI, engineering and insurance constraints.
Engineering & Architecture
• Google Cloud Platform, Docker, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• API security (OAuth2/JWT), plus working knowledge of React/Next.js and Tailwind
CSS and usability-driven API design (latency budgets, payload shaping, pagination).
• Proven ability to integrate ML models with backend systems.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech or other regulated domains.
• Prior work on insurance or decision-support chatbots; background in RAG, LLM
fine-tuning or reinforcement learning.
