Fullstack Architect

Overview:

Maveric Digital is looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Technical Architect to lead architecture and engineering initiatives across digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 14-16 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

This is a practitioner-led leadership role requiring deep expertise in full-stack architecture, microservices, cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, and Generative AI. The candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders, drive technical solutioning, support pre-sales engagements, and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on with architecture reviews, prototyping, and technology decisions.

Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Banking domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering

• Own end-to-end architecture across web, mobile, APIs, cloud, and integration platforms.
• Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through prototyping, troubleshooting, and development support.

Mobile & Web Engineering

• Lead architecture and delivery of React, Angular, Vue, React Native, and Flutter applications.
• Define front-end performance, accessibility, security, and UX standards.
• Build scalable multi-channel digital platforms.

API & Integration

• Design REST, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
• Define API security frameworks using OAuth2, OIDC, and mTLS.
• Drive API governance and API management strategies.

Cloud & DevOps

• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD best practices.
• Drive SRE, observability, security, scalability, and cloud optimization initiatives.

AI & Digital Engineering

• Design and implement Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions.
• Build AI Agent, RAG, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the SDLC.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution presentations.
• Translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Support RFPs, RFIs, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven expertise in architecting enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Strong hands-on coding background.
• Experience leading large engineering programs.
• Exposure to Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Banking domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Proven experience in AI-enabled solution development and architecture.
• Prior experience in technical pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal creation.
