As an AI Product Manager - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will utilize Oracle's suite of tools to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring Associates and other junior team members, guiding them to maintain professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with Managers and Directors to design and deliver AI transformation initiatives. You will support key project activities such as AI-enabled workflow reimagination and KPI benchmarking, contributing to the creation of prototypes and dashboards that demonstrate performance improvements. This position is ideal for professionals eager to apply first-principle thinking and an AI-first mindset while engaging with client executives to drive AI transformation programs.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle data and analytics solutions effectively
- Supporting AI-enabled workflow reimagination and Fit/Gap analysis to enhance business processes
- Designing AI agents and developing business cases to demonstrate performance improvements
- Collaborating with Managers and Directors to deliver AI transformation initiatives
- Preparing process documentation and client-ready deliverables with clarity and precision
- Engaging with client CXO(s) and executive stakeholders to develop AI transformation programs
- Utilizing Oracle tools for data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling
- Creating prototypes and dashboards to showcase tangible performance enhancements
- Applying analytical skills to support KPI benchmarking and ROI estimation activities
- Collaborating across business, technology, and design functions to achieve project outcomes
- Exploring emerging technologies and digital transformation methodologies to drive innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing data modeling and data integration skills effectively
- Excelling in analytical thinking and complex data analysis
