Role & responsibilities
The AI Program Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement supports the AI Enablement function by running the operating model, managing the enterprise AI portfolio, driving disciplined execution, and measuring business value.
The role manages AI initiatives from intake through prioritization, governance review, approval, delivery, adoption, and value realization. The individual coordinates stakeholders and delivery teams, maintains clear plans and reporting, and ensures that expected outcomes and realized benefits are documented and tracked.
This is a hands-on program and portfolio management role. It does not own the overall AI strategy, enterprise architecture, technology standards, enterprise AI policy, or the AI Enablement function. Those responsibilities remain with AI Enablement leadership and the appropriate enterprise functions.
Preferred candidate profile
• 8+ years in Program Management, Technology Consulting, Product Management, or IT Leadership. • 3+ years leading digital transformation or AI-related programs. • Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders. • Experience managing strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
