AI Software Developer (Git, React, Node.js, Contract, Education, East)
Summary
Builds AI-powered educational software using React, Node.js, and APIs; develops prototypes, integrates LLMs, and maintains learning tools.
Duration of Contract : 9 months or until 31 March 2027, whichever is earlier
To support the academy in developing, enhancing, testing and documenting digital-learning, educational-technology, AI-enabled and assessment-related software applications, thereby strengthening the delivery and reliability of learning technology solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software prototypes and production-ready modules for AI-enabled educational applications
- Build and enhance web-based applications, including frontend and backend components
- Integrate external and internal APIs (e.g., LLMs, institutional systems, analytics platforms)
- Conduct testing and debugging of software modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Support deployment and iteration of educational tools
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve bugs
- Document system design and workflows
Requirements
- Software development fundamentals and technical learning agility.
- Experience in web development (React/Node.js)
- Familiarity with API integration
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience with Git
- Agile development experience preferred
