Jet HR is hiring an AI software engineer to bring LLMs into its core HR products and internal infrastructure: building multi-step AI agents, MCP-based context/knowledge integrations, and robust data pipelines. Fully remote (optional Milan office), with a solid Python + LangChain/LLM stack.

Con 3+ anni di esperienza in data science o ML (almeno 1 su AI), dovrai guidare soluzioni end-to-end, dalla gestione di contesti a strumenti di knowledge. Il ruolo offre remote completo e un ufficio a Milano su richiesta.
Sviluppi agenti AI multi-step basati su LLM per casi d'uso complessi: orchestrazione, ragionamento, gestione degli errori. Implementi e integri MCP per la gestione di contesti, tool e fonti di conoscenza strutturate. Integri chatbot e agenti direttamente nei prodotti Jet HR e tool interni in produzione. 3+ anni di esperienza nella costruzione di soluzioni di data science o ML, di cui almeno 1 su AI (RAG, agent frameworks, LLM in produzione). Python solido. Conosci bene le librerie AI - LangChain e dintorni. ML/AI hands-on: hai sviluppato, fatto tuning e deployato modelli reali.
