AI Software Engineer(Python)
Summary
Build and scale backend services for AI-powered voice assistants and call-center platforms using Python, LLMs, STT/TTS, and real-time voice pipelines.
We are looking for an experienced AI Backend Engineer (Python) to join our growing AI team.
You will work on next-generation AI Call Center and Voice AI Assistant platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and real-time conversational AI technologies.
You will be responsible for designing scalable backend services, integrating AI models, building APIs, and developing enterprise-grade voice applications used by thousands of users.
Responsibilities AI Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build secure, high-performance REST and streaming APIs.
- Develop asynchronous services for real-time AI communication.
- Integrate AI services including LLMs, STT, TTS, and Voice AI pipelines.
- Design modular microservice architectures.
AI Call Center & Voice Systems
- Develop backend services for AI voice agents.
- Integrate SIP, telephony platforms, WebRTC, and real-time voice communication.
- Build conversation orchestration services for AI agents.
- Optimize latency for real-time voice interactions.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, and third-party enterprise systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy scalable services.
- Work with Docker and containerized environments.
- Build CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize distributed systems.
Databases & Performance
- Design and optimize MySQL databases.
- Work with Redis caching.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, pgvector, etc.).
- Build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Optimize backend performance and reliability.
AI Engineering
- Integrate modern LLM providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, open-source models).
- Build AI Agent workflows.
- Implement prompt orchestration and tool calling.
- Develop scalable AI backend architectures for production environments.
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of backend software development experience.
- Experience building production-grade backend systems.
- Experience working on AI applications is highly preferred.
