Ai / software engineer – senior

Key Responsibilities: Build and tune production voice and text agents. Design conversational flows, prompts, and evaluation frameworks. Optimize STT/TTS pipelines for quality, latency, and accuracy. Develop and maintain text-bot and campaign-specific agent variants. Own client-mandated agent configurations and ongoing performance improvements. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions Job Experience and skill required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters Preferred). 5+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience. Strong experience with LLM voice and text pipeline engineering. Python development expertise. APIs and system integrations. Git Hub and version control workflows. Production-grade software and AI systems experience.
