About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join an innovative team working at the intersection of product design, full-stack development, and AI-augmented development. In this role, you'll transform business ideas into interactive prototypes and production-ready applications, leveraging modern AI design and development tools such as v0.dev, Bolt.new, and Lovable. You'll be involved from the early stages of a product—from concept and design through prototyping and development—while ensuring the final solution meets enterprise standards for accessibility, performance, responsiveness, scalability, and maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, moves quickly, thinks creatively, and is passionate about exploring how AI can transform the way software is designed and built.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly transform business concepts into interactive prototypes using v0.dev, Bolt.new, Lovable, and similar AI-powered design and development tools
• Build and evolve full-stack applications from prototype to production, with a strong focus on frontend quality and solid backend foundations
• Develop production-ready interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js, following best practices for accessibility, responsive design, performance, and maintainability
• Ensure applications align with existing design systems, design tokens, typography, spacing, and brand guidelines
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services, including solutions using platforms such as Supabase
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and application performance
• Implement authentication, caching, security practices, and performance optimizations across the stack
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the product development lifecycle
• Leverage Figma and design system tooling to maintain component libraries and facilitate efficient design-to-development handoff
• Use specification-driven development practices and tools such as GitHub Spec Kit and Open Spec
• Document technical and design decisions within Jira as part of the development workflow
• Contribute to continuous experimentation and improvement of AI-assisted development processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on frontend development and modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js
• Proven experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ development practices
• Professional experience with PHP and Python, plus knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design/development tools such as v0.dev, Bolt.new, Lovable, or equivalent platforms
• Experience with specification-driven development, preferably GitHub Spec Kit or Open Spec
• Strong experience building production-grade full-stack applications, from prototyping through deployment
• Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design, backend services, server-side logic, and database management
• Experience with platforms such as Supabase and databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT, as well as application security best practices
• Experience with caching, performance optimization, scalability, and responsive application design
• Strong understanding of design systems, design tokens, component-driven development, and reusable UI components
• Advanced experience with Figma, including component libraries and design system management
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS or equivalent modern styling solutions
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern deployment workflows
• Strong Git/GitHub experience and collaborative development practices
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, experimental, and constantly evolving environment
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing full-stack applications, particularly projects involving design systems, rapid prototyping, or AI-assisted development, is highly valued
