About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join the Office of the Group CEO and drive the adoption of AI across the Group. This is a highly visible, hands-on position focused on designing and delivering practical AI-powered tools, intelligent workflows, and data-driven applications that enhance executive decision-making and operational efficiency. You will work directly with senior leadership to transform complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions, leveraging AI, data engineering, and modern software development practices. This is not a research-focused role. Success will be measured by your ability to build, deploy, and maintain production-grade solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and workflow automation solutions
Build data extraction, aggregation, and analytics tools from internal and external data sources
Implement LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Create executive dashboards and decision-support tools that provide timely and actionable insights
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
Develop production-grade applications using Python and modern cloud technologies
Apply analytics, forecasting, and machine learning techniques to enhance business decision-making
Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, version control, and CI/CD best practices
Build and manage MLOps / LLMOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Implement secure-by-design principles, including access controls, data protection, and compliance requirements
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Engineering
Hands-on experience deploying AI and LLM solutions in production environments
Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, prompt orchestration, and modern AI frameworks
Strong Python development skills with experience building APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Practical experience in MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and system reliability
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders
