AI Solutions Engineer
Summary
Acts as the bridge between AI technology and real business problems: gathers pain points from internal units, then designs, builds, tests, and deploys AI agent/automation workflows end-to-end, including system/data integration via APIs, webhooks, and MCP, then measures impact and trains teams. Requires hands-on AI-agent/LLM tooling with production delivery experience.
คุณคือ คนกลางที่เชื่อม "เทคโนโลยี AI" เข้ากับ "โจทย์ธุรกิจจริง" เข้าใจ pain point ขององค์กร แล้วมาออกแบบ พัฒนา และ deploy ระบบ AI Agent / AI Automation ไปแก้ปัญหาให้ใช้งานได้จริง ตั้งแต่ prototype จนขึ้น production เอง (end-to-end ownership)
ลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ
ทำงานร่วมกับหัวหน้าทีมทุก unit เพื่อเก็บ pain point แล้วแปลงเป็น requirement / โจทย์ที่ scope ได้และแก้ได้จริง
ออกแบบและพัฒนา workflow / automation ด้วย AI Agent เลือก tech stack และเครื่องมือให้เหมาะกับงาน
ลงมือ build → test → iterate → deploy ส่งมอบ solution ที่ทีมใช้งานได้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่ demo
ทำ system / data integration เชื่อมระบบ ข้อมูล และเครื่องมือภายในเข้าด้วยกัน (API, webhook, MCP, connectors)
เป็น technical advisor ให้หัวหน้าแต่ละ unit ที่อยากพัฒนา workflow ของตัวเอง
วัดผลเชิง impact (เวลา / ต้นทุนที่ประหยัดได้) แล้ววนกลับมา optimize ต่อเนื่อง
ถ่ายทอด / เทรนทีมให้ใช้ระบบและ workflow ใหม่เป็น (enablement)
คุณสมบัติ
จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
ใช้ AI Agent / LLM tools ได้คล่อง (เช่น Hermes, Manus, Claude, Codex ฯลฯ)
เคยใช้ AI Agent / AI Automation สร้างหรือทำโปรเจกต์ที่มีคนใช้จริง (production) และโดยต้องมีส่วนร่วมตั้งแต่ต้นกระบวนการจนส่งมอบ
Workflow / systems thinking — มองออกว่าจะ decompose งานเป็นขั้น ๆ ยังไง และออกแบบให้ AI Agent ทำงานต่อกันเป็น pipeline จนจบเองได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสารกับ User ฝั่ง Business แล้วแปลงเป็น technical solution ได้ (requirement → design → delivery)
เข้าใจในงาน AI และ Business เชิงลึก ไม่ใช่แค่ต่อ tool ตามทำ tutorial แต่เข้าใจว่าทำไมถึงออกแบบระบบแบบนั้น รู้ trade-off และ debug / ปรับจูนเองได้เมื่อของพัง
