AI Technology Support Specialist

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented AI specialist to help improve business processes through artificial intelligence tools and automation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI platforms, exploring new technologies, and developing practical solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools to streamline daily tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement AI-assisted workflows for business processes.

• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and automation solutions.

• Create and optimize AI prompts to generate accurate and relevant outputs.

• Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports using AI-powered applications.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

• Collaborate with different teams to implement AI-driven solutions.

• Monitor AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AI automation, workflow development, process automation, or a related technical role.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, automation tools, and workflow integration.

• Proficiency in AI tools and automation platforms, including ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or equivalent technologies.

• Knowledge of APIs, data processing, and system integration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver results independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
