- Identify AI and automation opportunities across business processes
- Work with different departments to understand processes, pain points and repetitive activities

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot
- Strong digital-first and automation-first mindset
- Curious about how businesses and processes work
- Analytical, data-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable challenging existing processes and assumptions
- Self-driven, experimental and comfortable with uncertainty
- Experience with APIs, Python, automation platforms or low-code tools is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work across different departments
- Ability to quickly prototype, test and learn
- Strong interest in how AI can fundamentally change the way companies operate
